can assist Clients with investigations of a domestic nature conerning
fidelity and various other matters that might concern our Clients
domestic affairs.

potential Clients a FREE, no obligation consultation initially.

consider the brief you give us and then we provide you with an estimate
on fees in a draft Client Agreement.
Once
you have considered the terms of the Client Agreement, assuming
that you are agreeing to the terms of the Client Agreement, you
would sign the Client Agreement return it to us, then we will commence
work.
The
process would normally be as follows:

- Assess
for conflicts of interest
- Determine
and arrange necessary resources
- Decide
who needs to be interviewed
- Decide
interview schedule
- Conduct
interviews
- Gather
evidence
- Collate
statements
- Assess
evidence, including statements
- Compile
investigation report
- Present
investigation report with findings and recommendations to Client
There
will be occasions where a Client might request only particular elements
of an investigation be conducted by ESIA Investigators, those instructions
would ordinarily form part of the "Terms of Reference".
